About Landlord Cover Care

Our first package starts from £55 + VAT/a month. This covers the following, 2 emergency call-outs/a year, 1.5 hours. All phone calls come to us and messages. We discuss with you and quote for after the 1.5 hours you will be billed for every hour after. £95 + VAT a month covers 4 emergency calls outs with 1.5 hours.

• 24-hour call-out 
• £185 + VAT/a month 
• Covers all of the above 
• No call-out limit

• On all work, we’ve got you covered 
• We have a 2cmillion insurance cover 
• All gas works carried out is supplied with a certificate 
• All electrical work carried out is supplied with a certificate

Regular maintenance

Our first package starts from £50 + VAT a month - this covers general maintenance of a standard garden grass cut, dewed. Depending on the property size, will make prices differ.
