Price does change depending on the type of property a bungalow will cost more but will have full height ceilings creating a 2nd floor to the bungalow

This really depends on the size and what you'd like this price is based on foundations new drainage RSJ and 2 fully finished rooms roughly 8m by 4m

This will depend on the type of the property not all properties can have this installed normally installed on roofs with pitched on all sides we then extend out to all sides forming a full width pitched roof to the front and a box dormer to the rear
